We’ve received an important update from our logistics partner regarding service disruptions in Australia. Due to severe flooding affecting the railway line between Sydney and Perth, shipments traveling from Sydney to Western Australia are currently experiencing significant delays.

At this time, parcels shipped to the WA region are expected to be delayed by approximately 1 to 2 weeks. This situation has been ongoing for shipments dispatched since March 9 and primarily impacts the TOLL-IPEC Freight service originating from the AUSY warehouse.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend considering alternative delivery options such as Direct Freight – Road Express or AU Allied Express – Road Express services, which may help minimize delays.
