Since May 6, 2023, delays in Ascan scanning and delivery occurred due to insufficient handling capacity by DHL. After efforts and adjustments by the supplier, the issue has now been successfully resolved. As of May 31, 2023, the Ascan scanning and delivery times for all outgoing orders will return to normal. You can place orders with confidence, without worrying about delays.
