30 Day Returns Policy For Peace Of Mind
We offer a 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of receiving your order from Varcoh, you may notify our Customer Care Team if you wish to return an unsuitable item.
Where the item that you are returning is a compression stocking or compression garment, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened and with security or hygiene seals still intact.
Our Returns Team will inspect the returned product to verify that its hygiene has not been compromised. We prioritize ensuring that all products sold are in pristine, unused, and uncompromised condition.
Before Returning An Item
Before returning any item, please visit our contact page and select the [Return Authorization Number] option under [Problem Type], or contact our customer service team via email at support@varcoh.com. We will provide you with a returns authorization number and full details of how and where to return your item(s).
This return number helps us process your return as quickly as possible. Items returned without a return number may take longer to process.
Duplicate Or Incorrect Item
Our shipping and packaging team is dedicated to ensuring that your orders are delivered accurately and without any errors. However, if you happen to receive duplicate or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a swift and smooth return process so that you can retrieve the correct items or receive a refund promptly.
How Do I Actually Return My Item(s)?
If you decide to return your purchase, please follow these steps: Firstly, contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number as well as detailed information on the return process and address. Once you have reached out to our customer service team, they will provide you with a return authorization number and the return address.
Please ensure to package your items securely and include a note inside the package with your name, contact information, order number (e.g., VS123456), and reason for the return, along with the return authorization number. While original packaging may suffice for returns in most cases, it may not always provide adequate protection. Therefore, please use appropriate packaging to safeguard the items. You are responsible for the safety of the items until they reach us.
Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service team and indicate your return authorization number on the package. Note that the return address may differ from our business address, so be sure to contact us before returning items to obtain the correct return address.
During the return shipping process, you are responsible for the safety of the items. Before we receive the items, please ensure to use a shipping method with tracking and sufficient insurance or damage compensation. Again, please use suitable packaging to protect the items. You are responsible for the safety of the items until they reach us.

Items Returned To Us Without a Returns Authorisation Number

When will I receive my refund?
