Dear Valued Customer,
We’d like to share an important update regarding shipping conditions across the United States. Severe weather, including heavy snowstorms in the Great Lakes and Northeast regions, along with extreme weather conditions across parts of the South and East, is currently impacting logistics operations.
As a result, some orders may experience delays in fulfillment and final-mile delivery. These disruptions have been in effect since March 16 and are impacting all last-mile delivery services and all U.S. warehouse operations.
The affected regions include Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, and New York, among others.
For the latest updates, you can check the following official resources:

Please note that severe weather conditions are considered force majeure. Carriers typically do not provide estimated recovery timelines during such events, and updates may be limited until conditions improve.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to monitor the situation closely and will keep you informed of any new developments.
