Due to the Eid al-Fitr holiday in the United Kingdom, certain regions are experiencing temporary staff shortages, which has affected local delivery capacity and led to slight disruptions in last-mile logistics operations. As a result, deliveries to some postcode areas may be delayed by approximately 24 hours.

The impact period is from March 19 to March 20, 2026, covering shipments dispatched from all our warehouses. This includes all domestic last-mile delivery services within the UK, as well as international shipments destined for the UK. Multiple postcode regions, including but not limited to AB, B, BT, CF, EH, G, M, OX, and PO areas, may experience varying degrees of delay.

We are closely monitoring the situation and actively coordinating with logistics partners to minimize disruptions and restore normal delivery operations as soon as possible. We will continue to provide updates as services gradually return to normal.
